Our marketplace is currently set up for the following categories: Apparel, jewelry, watches, footwear, handbags & wallets, fashion accessories, health & beauty, gifts, arts, home decor, textile, leather and fur, jewelry supplies and the raw materials needed for these products.
How long will it take to get the store set up?
It depends on you. Setting up the store's profile is done in a few minutes if you have a logo and a banner ready. We can also help you if needed. The most time consuming project is to add your products. Depending on the number of products, it can be very quick or may take a bit of time to create a product feed in an excel sheet, which we will be more than happy to assist with. Using a product feed, hundreds or thousands of products can be uploaded very quickly.
What are the costs?
We have set up several plans to meet the needs of suppliers of all size. You will have the option to choose depending on the number of products you are planning to sell, the features you need for your store. After your register, the base commission is set at 10% for a self-managed store. If you want Merchant Showroom to completely manage your store, it is 15%. We also offer other options with lower commissions. You can see all available options available after registering and logging in.
Do you charge a currency conversion fee?
While other services, payment providers and banks charge between 3-7% currency conversion fees, we do not charge this fee. We pay the fee out of the sales commission we receive after each sale.
